Bootstour Prag: durch das Prager Venedig und die Čertovka

Excellent small boat tour, including the canal. Great sights from the river, commentary via headphones in 19 languages including English. There are some laminated photos passed around to show the bridge in different eras and illustrate various parts such as flood gates. A free drink ( we were offered tea ,coffee, lemonade water or beer) and snack of ice cream or gingerbread is included in the trip. Very friendly staff/crew and I highly recommend a visit to the Charles Bridge Museum if you're at all interested in how the Bridge was built. The museum entrance is included in your ticket. There is a small cafe and a toilet available in the museum for a small fee of 20czk.

Free with the Official Prague Card Having already done an evening sightseeeing cruise and a day one, we weren't going to bother with this one as well but since it was free with our card and we had some spare time, we decided to give it a whirl. Setting off from the Charles Bridge Museum, your ticket for the cruise gets you access to the museum as well (see my separate review for that). Before you actually board the boat, you are asked if you would like beer, tea, coffee or a soft drink on the boat which I was not expecting and was a nice surprise. Once on the boat, which is very small and quite lovely, with open windows, we were given our drinks as well as an ice cream and off we went. The cruise is very similar to the other ones offered which go under Charles Bridge to the weir, back under the bridge and up river awhile, then back to the start. So far, so good. However this tour, being a 'Venice' trip, also popped into a 'canal'. And this is where the cruise dropped a star, for although the trip up the main river was lovely, our little cruise up a few yards of additional river where we turned round as there was a dead end was somewhat disappointing. The word 'Venice' is clearly used loosely here, as the extra part we visited was more like a small, rather smelly offshoot to the river. It certainly wasn't what I would call a canal. Best bits? The beer and ice cream, the river views and the friendly crew. Worst bits? The hard sell around the office and the lack of clarity as to what a 'Venice Boat Trip' actually entails.

I enjoyed in this boat trip to Vltava and Prague Venice. It was well audio guided. You vam get small drink and ice cream also (included in price). Worth seing!

Mein absolutes must-do in Prag: Prag von der Moldau aus, durch die alten Wasserstraßen von Prag und unter der Karlsbrücke und Brückenresten der Vorgänger hindurch. Die Boote sind liebevolle Nachbauten von historischen Booten und haben einen großen Vorteil gegenüber den großen Schiffen: der geringe Tiefgang. An Bord gibt's Erklärungen über Kopfhörer, so dass man auch von der Geschichte von Prag und den Sehenswürdigkeiten in fast einer Stunde ziemlich viel erfährt. Wer nicht stundenlang herumlaufen will und etwas chilliges mit Kulturwert sucht ist hier genau richtig. Noch ein Geheimtipp: von der anderen Uferseite (Kleinseite) gibt es ein Shuttle-Boot rüber auf die Seite wo der offizielle Anlegeplatz ist (Altstadt). Den kann man gratis benutzen, wenn man die Bootstour anschließend macht und ist nochmal eine feine Zugabe.

Bylo to krásné zpestření Prahy, vidět Prahu z vody. Doporučuji. Také byl k cestě nápoj zdarma.

A beautiful experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Prague. Seeing the city from the water was absolutely stunning, especially the small canals and historic buildings. The boat was comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended if you want to experience Prague from a different perspective!

Byla jsem velmi mile překvapená...kdo vlastní lítačku, má 50% slevu na vstupu. Na loďce zdarma výběr nápojů (káva, pivo, limo...) a nanuk Eskymo nebo perník, možnost sluchátek a výklad v jazyce, který si nastavíte. V ceně vstupenky i návštěva Muzea Karlova mostu 😉...celkově doporučuji.

Die Bootstour hat uns sehr gefallen. Da wir den Prager Besucher Pass hatten und das Ticket im angrenzenden Museum gekauft haben, war es sehr günstig. Der Eintritt ins Museum, die Bootsfahrt plus Getränke und Snack. Kann man absolut empfehlen. Man erfährt einiges interessantes über Prag von der Moldau aus und hat somit eine andere Sichtweise, sehr interessant.

Our first trip to Prague to celebrate our anniversary. The boat cruise was a wonderful was to spend the evening. Nice table by the window allowed for fantastic views along the river. Greeted with a glass of prosecco and delicious bread and dip at the table. The boat was not overly crowded which was nice. The buffet had a nice selection for everyone, there were many options for vegetarians as well. The drink menu had a nice variety to choose from, including coffees for after dinner. Music was nice and not too loud.

Das war richtig schön! Total einfach zu buchen und im Prague Visitors Pass wie so viele andere Attraktionen unnd Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt bereits inkludiert, also kostenlos! Einfach rechts neben dem Zugang zur Karlsbrücke von der Altstadt-Seite her zum Museumseingang gehen, wo man auch die Tickets für die Bootsfahrt erhält. Zudem kriegt man an Bord ein Freibeträge (Bier oder Wein, Wasser oder Kaffee), und darüber hinaus ein Gebäck oder ein Eis. Die Fahrt selber dauert ca. 45 Minuten, während der man per Audio in verschiedenen Sprachen (Tschechisch, Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch, Italienisch, usw.) kurze, gut verständliche Infos bekommt. Die gestellten Kopfhörer darf man behalten. Die Fahrt ist langsam und super für schöne Foto-Ansichten aus ungewöhnlichen Perspektiven geeignet. Uns hat's sehr gut gefallen 😀

Great cruise to pass an hour or so. Welcome drink, small cake and access to the Charles Bridge museum all part of the admission fee. Out on the river for a while and brings you down a small area the bigger boats can’t go.

Bootstour 45 min war beim Preis des Museums mit inbegriffen. Genauso wie eine Getränk nach Wahl, zum Beispiel Bier oder Glühwein. Man erhielt Kopfhörer und man fuhr auf der Moldau und einen Kanal. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Auch bei nicht so schönen Wetter auf Grund der Überdachung, zu empfehlen.
